At enecess, we always adhere to a customer-centric philosophy. Our success is only meaningful when customers recognize the value of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please feel free to inform us, and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Refund Application

To apply for a refund, please send an email to support@enecess.com with your order number and the reason for return. Full refunds will be granted for refund requests submitted within 60 days of purchase. Note: You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns. Once your return application is approved, we will send a return shipping label and delivery instructions to your registered contact information. Items sent back without prior return application will not be accepted. For any questions regarding returns, you may contact us at support@enecess.com at any time. 

Damaged Goods & Issue Reporting

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible. We will verify the issue promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. 

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for EU Regions

Notwithstanding the above provisions, if the goods are shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel your order or request a return within 14 days of receiving the items without providing a reason. The returned items must meet the following conditions:

Remain in their original condition as received (unused, unworn, with all tags intact) 

Be in the original packaging 

Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase 

Refund Instructions

After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the refund approval result promptly. Once approved, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment account within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund; we appreciate your patience.
