2) After completing the enecess account registration, you can log in to the enecess platform using your email and password.
2. Providing enecess Products or Services.
1) Information We May Collect During Your Use of enecess Products or Services.
When you use enecess services, in order to provide you with services that better suit your needs, ensure the normal operation of enecess services, improve and optimize your experience with the services, and secure your account, we will collect and associate information about the services you use and how you use them. ① Configuration Information: Including circuit branch naming (room name or device name), and the corresponding relationship between the monitor ecoMain/ecoSub channel interfaces and branches.
② Electrical Data: Minute-level electrical parameter information for each branch (including voltage, current, and power meter readings).
③ Control Information: Command information sent to control devices (currently mainly for controlling smart sockets and controlling smart switches within the authorization App).
④ Usage Information: We collect information submitted or generated by you as an enecess individual user when using enecess services, such as query requests, as well as information submitted or generated by you and your team during the use of enecess services.
⑤ Network Configuration Information: For iOS systems, the system requires precise location to be enabled during the network configuration process (only during configuration). This includes Bluetooth device search and status, and home WIFI information (nearby WIFI networks detected by your phone, home WIFI name, and password).
⑥ Log Information: When you use the services provided by the enecess platform, we automatically collect detailed usage information about our services. For example, (system configuration changes, energy data feedback, login status, access dates and times, and your access records) , etc. Please note that standalone usage information, log information, etc., cannot identify a specific individual.
If we combine such non-personal information with other information for the purpose of identifying a specific individual, or use it in conjunction with personal information, during such use, this non-personal information may be considered personal information. Unless we obtain your authorization or unless required by law, we will anonymize or de-identify such personal information.
